A page builder site but there is a mode just for pure html. It's a pretty good web host I used it before I was hosted. The only bad side to it is it limits you to seven pages only. There are templates for you to use.

Again another page builder site but you can use html. It doesn't limit you to any pages so you can have as many pages as you want. It's a good site and is easy to use. There is two modes one for beginners and one for people with good html.
